Who's behind this
I started Happy Genius in Toronto, where I was born and still live. Before this, I worked across home services, marketing agencies, and sales teams, close enough to small business operations to watch the same problem happen everywhere: good people stuck doing slow, manual work that a system should be handling instead.
That's where the idea came from. AI gets sold as something that takes jobs, and it's fair for that to make small business owners wary of it. Every system I build does the opposite. It's there to make the people you already trust faster and sharper at their jobs.
