For roofing and residential drywall businesses in Toronto and the GTA

Give open estimates a careful second touch.

A small, supervised AI workflow for businesses that want a clearer follow-up process without handing customer communication to an autonomous system.

Built for: Roofing crews · Residential drywall contractors · Small home-service teams

Where estimates get stuck

The quote went quiet. The work did not.

The quote went quiet

A good estimate can disappear in the week after it is sent, especially when the next urgent job takes over.

The second touch is nobody's job

Everyone means to follow up, but the list lives in a spreadsheet, an inbox, or the owner's memory.

Every answer starts with a search

Finding the estimate, customer context, and last action takes longer than the message should.

The owner is still the approval queue

Nothing should go to a homeowner without the right review, but review should not require rebuilding the process each time.

The seven-day pilot

One business. One clear process.

We start small, use the software and email route you already approve, and keep every customer-facing step reviewable.

01

Validate the open estimates

We work from the records you provide and separate eligible follow-ups from items that need clarification.

When
The pilot starts with a representative estimate list and your eligibility rules.
What happens
Contact details, quote status, dates, suppression flags, and missing fields are checked.
Who's in charge
Your designated approver confirms what can move forward. Unknown information is never guessed.
02

Prepare the approved follow-up

The workflow prepares a short, customer-approved draft in the tone and timing you choose.

When
An eligible estimate reaches the follow-up window you approve.
What happens
A draft is prepared through the agreed channel, without invented pricing, promises, or discounts.
Who's in charge
A person reviews, edits, sends, or skips the message.
03

Pause and report

The pilot stops when the next action is uncertain and finishes with the facts needed for a decision.

Pause when
A customer replies, declines, opts out, has invalid data, or the send result is uncertain.
What happens
Each event is logged with its status, approval, reply, pause reason, or correction.
Day seven
You receive an activity report and choose to stop, pause, continue, or scope a next phase.

What is included

Small enough to evaluate. Specific enough to use.

The first engagement is a paid pilot, not an open-ended software commitment.

  • CAD $250 service fee
  • Seven calendar days
  • One business and one email channel
  • Up to 20 eligible open estimates
  • Up to 3 approved routine messages per estimate
  • Human approval before customer messages
  • End-of-pilot activity report
  • No automatic renewal

Questions owners ask

Before you book a call.

What stays human?

Your team owns the truth of the estimate, message approval, pricing, promises, replies, and any customer commitment. The pilot prepares and tracks the process; it does not replace judgment.

Do we need new software?

No new platform is required for the initial pilot. We start with the email route and customer software you already use, then explain any additional connection before it is needed.

What if our estimate list is messy?

That is one of the things the pilot is designed to expose. Missing or uncertain fields are marked for review instead of repaired by guessing.

What happens after day seven?

You receive the actual event count, drafts, approvals, sends, replies, pauses, corrections, and unresolved items. You decide whether to stop, pause, continue, or discuss a separate next phase.

Start with a fit conversation

Let's see if the pilot fits your week.

Tell us what kind of work you do and where quote follow-up currently lives. We will use the call to confirm the scope, the records, and the approval process before anything starts.
